Trellis does not sell your personal information. Trellis does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months and have no intention to do so.
Because Trellis does not sell or share personal information, no opt-out is required for you to exercise rights under California Civil Code §1798.120. Your right to opt out of sale or sharing is preserved by our practice of not engaging in such activities.
What this means
- We do not sell personal information to data brokers or any other third party.
- We do not share personal information for the purpose of behavioural advertising across non-affiliated services.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cookies.
- The third-party service providers we use to deliver Trellis (listed by category in our Privacy Policy) process data solely as our service providers under contractual restrictions, which under California Civil Code §1798.140(ag)(2) does not constitute a "sale" or "share."
