Common questions

How many learners can I add?

Up to four learners per account, all included in the flat price. Each profile has its own progress, mastery, and dashboard. Households with more than four learners can create a second account.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel from inside the app at any time. On the monthly plan, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. On the annual plan, we recompute your usage at the monthly rate and refund the unused balance. Full refund & cancellation policy.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, from Account → Membership at any time. Switching from monthly to annual prorates the difference today, locks in the 20% saving, and moves your renewal date to one year from today. Switching from annual to monthly uses the same fair-use math as an annual cancellation — we charge $99 for each calendar month you've been on the annual plan, refund the rest, and start monthly billing on the 1st of next month. Is there a free trial?

Not at the moment. We believe Trellis works through daily habit and the first two weeks are the most important — we'd rather your first month be a fair test.

Do you offer regional pricing?

Pricing is currently in USD globally. Our payment processor converts to your local currency at checkout. Regional pricing (e.g. INR for India) is on the roadmap.
