Can I switch plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get credit for time remaining on your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Can multiple children use one account?
Each subscription covers one child with their own adaptive learning profile. We'll be launching family plans with multi-child discounts soon.
What happens if I cancel early?
You can cancel anytime. Your charges are adjusted based on how long you actually used the service. For example, if you cancel an annual plan after 2 months, you're charged at the monthly rate ($99/mo) for those months and refunded the rest. If you complete 3 months, the quarterly rate ($89/mo) applies instead. The longer you stay, the better the rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel with one click from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current paid month. If you cancel a longer plan early, charges are adjusted to match the rate for the period you used — you only earn the discount by completing the commitment.
